We strive to ship your order as efficiently as possible. Our order fulfilment team operates from Monday to Friday at our Melbourne facility, aiming to fulfil your order within 2 business days after payment has cleared. To ensure the best combination of delivery time and rates, we work with a variety of freight companies. Our website can provide shipping estimates for Australia and New Zealand. For customers outside these countries, please contact us for further assistance.
- Standard Shipping
1.1 For small orders, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10.99 for Australia-wide delivery using Australia Post Parcel Service. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided, allowing you to track your order on the Australia Post website. Delivery times range from 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location.
1.2 For large or heavy orders, shipping charges are calculated based on dimensional weight. The system will automatically calculate the freight cost and update the shipping options at the checkout stage.
- Express Shipping
2.1 We provide express shipping for small orders only, at a flat rate of $14.99, using Australia Post Express Parcel Service. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided for you to track your order on the Australia Post website. Express shipping offers a delivery timeframe of 1 to 3 business days, varying by location.
2.2 Please note that express shipping is not available for heavy or large orders due to the associated costs.
2.3 Express shipping is also not available for international orders.
- Authority to Leave
By default, orders placed through our website require a signature upon delivery due to their value. However, if you wish to provide authority to leave the parcel without a signature, you can leave a note during the checkout process on our website. We will pass this message to the delivery agency. Please be aware that in most cases, the delivery agency may leave the parcel at your premises without knocking or ringing if a signature is not required.
You acknowledge that the parcel is considered received once it is left at your premises.
Motorious Performance and its affiliated contractors involved in delivery do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from the Authority to Leave delivery method. By agreeing to this option, you release Motorious Performance from any claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including any financial or consequential losses, incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of the Authority to Leave arrangement.
If you do not provide Authority to Leave, you must be present at your premises for the delivery to take place.
